Refund Policy

1.1 Refunds and Cancellation

All monthly and annual payments for Own The Funnel or for services provided by the Own The Funnel team are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable.

All annual payments are also non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your Own The Funnel Subscription, you will lose access to any and all data inside the software app.ownthefunnel.agency, which includes, but is not limited to; Funnels, Automations, Online Courses, Contacts, and Emails. You will be removed from Own The Funnel Members Only Support Groups.

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your Own The Funnel subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must process the cancellation via the Own The Funnel Dashboard by navigating to Settings > Business Profile, and click cancel. A 24/7 support agent is available via your dashboard to help you at any time with navigating to the cancellation page.

1.2 Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment

A Own The Funnel user is responsible for paying all sums due to Own The Funnel in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Own The Funnel user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Own The Funnel does not relieve the Own The Funnel user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

Potential users can pay by credit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

1.3 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised that access to your account will be revoked until a successful payment is received.

1.4 Access to Own The Funnel Software: including all Digital Assets, Funnels, Automations, and Training Materials

With your membership to https://ownthefunnel.agency/, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Own The Funnel-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; Own The Funnel custom designed Funnels, Own The Funnel Emails, Own The Funnel Automations, and Own The Funnel Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on Own The Funnel Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within Own The Funnel, exclusively for current Own The Funnel members only.

This means that everything inside the Own The Funnel software (https://ownthefunnel.agency/)is non-transferable to any other similar software, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of Own The Funnel training materials outside of Own The Funnel membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the Own The FunnelSupport calls are for current Own The Funnel members only.
